HOW DO WE WORK?

The first step is to create a complete profile from each candidate. After completing a profile we will schedule an online interview and might ask the candidate to do a small assesment task to have a good insight about his/her development and analytic skills.

Each approved candidate will receive a login account on RealDapps, were you can review and modify your profile, contact details, availability, competence and skill levels.

You will be using this account for your daily work like assigned projects, sprints, tasks, time management and financial features like KPIs, invoice generator, payout history, your worked hours, earnings and referral bonusses.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

You will be part of an international team of (blockchain) professionals, all working together on innovating projects for our clients.

You will be contracted as an independent worker (remote).

For each project we use weekly sprints where we track and monitor assigned tasks. All projects have an assigned project manager, who is responsible for the daily progress and deliverables.

By using colleborating tools and documentation services, we aim to provide high quality and effective services for all our clients.

At the end of the month you can request a payment for the hours worked which will be send to accounting.

You can expect a good salary (based on your knowledge and expertise) and bonus system (for referring other blockchain professionals) contracted by RealDapps.

MINIMAL REQUIREMENTS

We expect from all interested candidates the following requirements to be contracted by Real Dapps.

• Minimum 4 years active with web/software development, consultancy and/or project management
• Language skills: basic English
• Enthusiastic and analytic minded character
• Eager to learn and love to play with new technologies
• Proof of work (examples/codebase)
• Understands one or more programming languages: Ruby/Rails, Python (Django), PHP, C++, C#, Golang, iOS/Swift, Solidity, Java, Javascript and NodeJS
• Use documentation and collaborating service
• Weekly sprints, task and time management
• Work remotely or on-side (able to travel)
• Able to work in a team and report daily to your project manager
• Available minimum 10 hours, maximum 40 per week
• Contracted as a freelancer or as a corporate entity (able to send an invoice)
• Deliver on time and work within scheduled tasked hours
• Responsible personality
• Available to do a remote assestment test
• Sign an NDA and independent worker agreement
